Our Story

Why I Founded μHarvest

My interest in electronics began when I was 10 and grew into a lifelong curiosity across science and technology. But every new interest came with a materials list—and too often, I couldn’t afford another hobby.

Hands-on learning can’t happen by watching alone. Videos can introduce ideas, but real understanding comes from building, troubleshooting, and finally seeing the project work.

The challenge is cost. An explorer may be inspired by an experiment online, only to find the required parts are out of reach. Learning then becomes something they can only watch instead of do.

μHarvest exists so explorers aren’t limited by what they can afford. We are committed to placing genuine materials directly in their hands so they can build and discover for themselves.

“Curiosity shouldn’t depend on a family’s bank account. Give a curious mind an idea, give them the materials to explore it, and let them discover where their curiosity takes them.”
